Firehorse emphasizes Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Information Warfare in all of its training. The Firehorse team has substantial experience supporting the U.S. Army and Marine Corps with pre-deployment training, beginning with exercise design and concluding with providing role players in field training exercises. The Firehorse team brings a historical knowledge of US foreign policy, military strategy and how to shape an integrated civil-military approach to meet current operational challenges.

Training Environment – Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC), JIIM full-spectrum warfare environment

  • Strategic to tactical level exercise and scenario design; full development of macro/micro Operational Environment; biography development; role-player academy support
  • Interagency training and field mentorship – provision of Unified Action Partners to replicate interagency partners, the UN and NGOs during field training exercises
  • Planning for humanitarian assistance, assisting displaced persons, and stabilization
  • Replication of Multi-Domain Operations, media on the battlefield, the information environment and hybrid warfare
  • Mobile Training Team for New Generational Warfare Course – understanding the human dimension of the operating environment; targeting sources of instability, insecurity and threats; integrating civilian partners and non-lethal targeting (D3A)

Notable Partners and Past Performance

  • U.S. Army – Firehorse was awarded the prime contract to build the scenario and deliver the training for the US Army’s Liberty Response exercise (contract award W912PQ-18-P-0048)
  • Engility Corporation – Firehorse was awarded a “best value” subcontract by Engility Corporation (2015 – 2018) to conduct cyber forensics on government IT systems
  • United Nations, LIFT fund (Myanmar) – Awarded a subcontract (2015) by Prime-Agri, a commercial agricultural firm, to provide strategic direction and staff management in Shan State
  • 5th Security Forces Assistance Brigade, JBLM – Firehorse created and taught a five day course, Embassy Operations, for soldiers deploying to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of operations.
